Hi, I’m Roberts
I am a practising Sports Therapist, member of The Society of Sports Therapists, living and working in London. I work with vast range of individuals, including athletes, members of the general public and everything in-between.
I developed a passion for sport early on in my life, while growing up in Latvia, where basketball is a big part of the culture.
I specialise in musculoskeletal injuries. My expertise is in understanding how an injury affects a person and providing them with the tools they need to manage their condition effectively.
Being a runner and ex basketball player myself has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges that sport and injuries can bring, and that having the right support can make a huge difference when recovering from injury.
I firmly believe that movement is essential for both mental and physical well-being, and this philosophy shapes my approach to helping others. Whether you aim to return to your sport, complete an Ironman or triathlon, or just enjoy a nice walk, I am here to support you in achieving your goals and guiding you on your journey.
Qualifications
I have experience working with athletes of all levels as well as people who are looking to stay active or struggling with activities of daily living.

I have a degree in Sport & Exercise Therapy. I’m a member of The Society of Sports Therapists and on the Register of Exercise Professionals.
