The initial consultation lasts around 45 minutes, but can be slightly shorter or longer depending on the individual case.
My aim is to provide you with the necessary tools for you to be able to manage and recover from your injury better. We’ll chat about everything around the injury, your aims and goals and set a plan that suits you best.
